Everything I try is horrible. I have problems doing even a 32x32 style pic. -.-

There is no way I can simply add an afro to felix the cat (blasted ears) and make it look good, and then fit it to a signature sized picture (too tall, unless I just used a head, but need afro first).

This is a great source of personal frustration.

There are pics out there that have certain shading elements for felix, these I could add a fro too, but then I enter the realm of drawing, rather than simple editing. And I'm a perfectionist, but not very excersized in drawing.

I do however have good ideas for what to fill a sig with once I have the head all set.

And it is critical I get the afro and ears just right, otherwise felix looks like a retarded mickey mouse.
